SIMCO performed the renovation of the 4,800 sf new office headquarters for owners of Centerpoint Financial Group in Summer 2018. Work included minor framing, complete change of interior finishes throughout the space, including new painted walls and doors and trim, faux finishes on conference and entry walls, carpet and LVT flooring, new LED lighting. Provided new employee/client lounge space with custom charred wood with clear epoxy countertop, industrial pipe supports.
