SIMCO has had the pleasure to work with Five Guys local franchise owners since 2023 on various projects ranging from full buildout of new locations in Bellevue NE, to renovation or ‘Refresh’ of existing restaurants at Dodge and Papillion locations. Other work with Five Guys locally has included any maintenance related projects from roof replacement, HVAC, Electrical and floor replacements, SIMCO has handled it all.
