Warehouse Improvements

SIMCO past business and working relationship with owner allowed us to perform GC services converting former tire company warehouse into new cross-docking/storage warehouse. New work included demolition of existing loading dock area and construction of new (3) bay OH Door loading dock with recessed dock levelers. Exterior work included new ADA sidewalks, steps and guardrails, exterior parking and building lighting, site preparation and grading for new 22,000sf area for parking, semi truck parking and offloading.
